The Talk

Tammy leads this as a 1 hour introductory meditation class or as a 2-hour workshop. She will show you how in just 20-30 minutes a day, you can adopt a life-long meditation practice. Participants of the talk will leave feeling confident about their ability to start a meditation practice even if they have never tried, or have struggled to meditate in the past. Workshop participants will also receive additional meditation training and exposure to different types of meditation like toning and chakras, as well as access to a 21-day meditation challenge.
